We are from the USA and were looking to purchase a vacation condo in Puerto Vallarta. We found the realtor Mikele online. Initially, I was concerned that he might not have the requisite experience, necessary to be a great realtor, for he is a youthful 30 year old. I didn’t voice this concern with him, but within our first day of seeing properties, I knew we had selected the right guy. He is knowledgable about the ins and outs of real estate. He grew up in Puerto Vallarta, so he knows the city exceptionally well. And he seems to know everyone in town, which continually has come in handy for us. When we have had a question, he usually knows the answer, but in the rate case where he does not, he knows who to contact, such as recommending an attorney. He has also been very organized, remembering to follow up on to-do items, and keeping in touch with us and the developer (we decided to purchase a pre-construction property). Odds are good that we’ll keep in touch with him once we have closed on our new home!

My wife Sue and I were looking at properties near Bucerias with another realtor. We never felt comfortable with this realtor. We asked our attorney to recommend a realtor, and he suggested Mikele. Mikele was the answer to our prayers. He was always prompt when we went to look at properties. His English is better than our Spanish. When we weren’t sure about something, he always gave us good advice. He helped us through the entire process. We will not hesitate to recommend Mikele to family and friends. He is the best.

I had a great experience working with Madeline to purchase my condo in Puerto Vallarta in December 2024. Curtis made the experience of buying in a foreign country much more manageable and comfortable. He walked us through the process every step of the way, was always available to answer questions and even went the extra mile to help us with setup of our internet after the purchase. We`ve watched Tessa for many years, surfing, playing with her beautiful family on the beach, while running several successful businesses here in Sayulita.
