We first met Peter when my wife and myself decided to retire and move to Sayulita a couple of years ago. We knew we wanted to buy a home but knew nothing about real estate in Mexico. Tessa had the listing of our property at 104 Nanzal. We realized it would be a difficult sell because of the stairs that went uphill to the main casa. Through Mex Homes we found a suitable buyer and Tessa negotiated a fair price for both parties. We are thankful we had her as our agent.

My husband and I have bought and sold a dozen homes in the US. Buying a home in Sayulita with Olivia as our realtor was seemless! We couldn’t of asked for more !
