From listing to closing Gabriel and his team were very helpful, courteous and professional.

Sayulita & assistant Annette were so supportive in selling my property (Which was a bit unusual an Airbnb of five Casitas-1 br/bath, which turned out to have Paperwork Issues) ) that created a lot of stress. But Sayulita has a very calming grounded presence, steady positive throughout all the up’s & down’s. She is intelligent, organized, attentive to all the details, knowledgeable, a. consummate professional -I was amazed at how she kept all the balls in the air. She was quick to respond to all my questions/concerns, She was both kind and honest in communicating what to expect, compassionate and also clear when there were delays, but in the end, my sale was completed in a Remarkably quick period of time, she was so positive throughout the process. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Mr. Curtis has been very helpful, accommodating, understanding in our real estate deal. The gentleman did his efforts in mediating between seller and buyer and guiding us as buyer with Mexican real estae rules/ regulations. His office in Bucerias and staff were also workable.
