While recently vacationing in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle we happened upon a property that piqued our interest. We hadn’t been looking to purchase, but this house was unique. I sent a general inquiry email for a little more information and received a response almost immediately from Gabriel Jones.
Gabriel provided comprehensive information on the property without any pressure to pursue a viewing or move beyond our curiosity. He was upfront and straightforward in all of his communications. Even though we were leaving Mexico in a few days, his professionalism and generosity in sharing his wealth of knowledge of the area inspired us to go for a viewing of the property.
Gabriel lined up showings of 3 different properties for the next day to provide us with some comparisons of properties in La Cruz within our chosen budget. With his expertise leading the way, we decided to make an offer on the original property.

Although this wasn’t a planned purchase and we had already left Mexico, Gabriel guided us through the entire process without any pressure and made sure everything was taken care of properly.
He and his team have been outstanding throughout from initial contact to closing allowing us to feel confident we were in knowledgeable and safe hands. I was extremely surprised by how easy they made the whole process for us! It was truly a great experience to work with genuine people who are invested in facilitating a win/win experience for everyone involved.
