Coming to PV the last 20 years we decided in 2023 we needed a permanent address here. How fortunate we were to meet Kasia on our proprty search. After listening to our criteria we toured several places and found a perfect fit for our needs. A challenge was finding that perfect place 2 days before heading back to Canada.
Thank goodness for Kasia. She navigated the lawyers and closed all paperwork remotely with us on zoom no issues. Night or day her responses were enthusiastic and immediate. Problem no problem. Our first winter in our new place has been magic. Thank you so much Kasia!

Who would have thought that buying a home in Mexico could be so fun?
For over twenty-five years, my husband and I have been going to Puerto Vallarta and dreaming of one day buying a place there…. and this year we actually did it! Though truthfully, we might not have done it if it wasn’t for Kasia. She was an absolute delight to work with! Her genuine warmth and adorable sense of humor made what could have been stressful and overwhelming, so much fun. It was like spending time with a trusted old friend…she gave us much-needed advice, but no pressure, no hard sell. She was always down to earth. She kept things light; it felt like we were on a little adventure together, discovering new parts of Puerto Vallarta.
She really ‘got us’…she listened to what we had to say and figured out what we might like. And once we decided to take the plunge, she was there for us, cheerfully anticipating every step and every detail. The whole process was fantastic, and we can’t thank her enough!

My fiancé had mentioned to me that he had met a Realtor. He told me she was so full of life, positive and very knowledgeable. I had other realtors look at my place and their reactions were less than enthusiastic. But when Kasia and Yas walked in, their eyes were encouraging and the words she spoke were so incredibly positive! This was one of the most emotional things I’ve ever gone through. I cried and made myself sick for months at the thought of selling. It was more than a condo. It represented my hopes and dreams for a new empowering life. She had found someone who was going to love it as much as I did. And for that, I couldn’t thank her enough. I was treated with so much love and kindness by her and Yas. Seriously, I couldn’t have had a better team on my side. Professional, yet, still relatable. Thank you, Kasia! I was so blessed to have you through this difficult moment. I appreciated everything you did. Much love to you, girl!
