Khaya Schmid

Originally from Munich, Germany, Khaya Schmid has over 8+ years of experience in sales at the age of 25. He is fluent in German and English and is currently improving his Spanish. Khaya is an AMPI-certified real estate professional that is motivated, driven, and hard-working towards the goal of helping clients purchase and manage their dream property in Puerto Vallarta and the Riviera Nayarit.

From a very young age, he had an inner urge to explore and travel the world. To this day, Khaya has traveled to 39 countries on 6 continents. After finishing high school, he went to work and travel in Southeast Asia, South Africa, and Australia for almost two years. After that, he moved to Berlin, where he founded and successfully ran a streetwear brand with a friend from South Africa for more than two years.

With his business failing due to disrupted supply chains at the beginning of the pandemic, he took the leap in 2021 to leave Germany again in search of a new place to explore and call home.

Khaya is now in his second year of working as a real estate agent in Mexico, and moving here was “one of the best decisions of his life”. In his free time, he loves to explore the outdoors and playing sports such as volleyball, and soccer or go fishing.
