Olivia Matheson

Olivia is a dedicated and hard-working agent for Mexhome. Olivia has the drive and passion to help her clients find or sell their homes. She is an AMPI-certified agent.

Growing up in Vancouver, Canada, Olivia always had a passion for traveling. Working as a music journalist and managing restaurants and bars for years, Olivia decided she needed a change. City life was not for her. Olivia always wanted to learn a different language and live a more relaxed lifestyle. After attending her cousin’s wedding in Sayulita in 2014 she realized she had found her place.

Migrating to Sayulita in 2016, Olivia quickly started to establish her place in the community and picked up Spanish quickly. Falling in love with the ocean and the relaxed lifestyle of beautiful Sayulita.  After working at a local beach bar and in a local Thai restaurant, Olivia wanted a greater challenge and the opportunity to help others share in the experience of living in this beautiful place.

Olivia worked as an assistant to prominent realtors in the area until she felt confident she could deliver the best possible service to her clients, combining the expertise and perspectives of her most respected colleagues. Olivia is confident and enthusiastic about listening to her clients and assisting them in finding their dream homes and lifestyle.

In Olivia’s free time she loves to hike in the jungle, surf and swim at the local beaches, and enjoy the many attractions of Sayulita.
