We were just randomly paired up with Gabriel when we decided to consider buying a house in Mexico. When my spouse and I decided to buy a home in Puerto Vallarta a couple of years ago we really didn’t know what we would be in for. We did a lot of research before hand but until you are on the ground looking you just can’t cover every scenario you may come across.

Thankfully we were put in touch with Yassine at Mexhome. From the very start he put us at ease with his easy going personality and knowledge of the area. His fluency in both Spanish and English also made communication and looking at any property easy.

Yassine was able to answer most of our questions right away, but if there were some he had to take away he would get back to us as soon as he had the proper information. He also had the Mexhome team at his disposal.

We looked at numerous properties all throughout the Banderas Bay area but thanks to Yassine and the Mexhome team we ended up with the home that best suited us and they did everything they could to make it a positive buying experience.

Even after the sale closed, we leaned on Yassine on several things that came up and he never hesitated on giving us a hand including taking us to the CFE office to get our account set up in our names.

I would definitely engage Yassine again should we need to buy or sell a property here in the future. He always made us feel like we were the only clients when he was with us and gave us his full attention.

Leyla has been a great partner by supporting me in learning the intricacies of purchasing Mexican real estate, she has been a great partner working with the developer and the architect on the design and construction details of the home, and been a great advisor in making decisions on these details as well as the engagement strategy with the team to get the best results possible. Fernando was a pleasure to deal with. He is bilingual and knows his way around the area. He helped find another notaria because our bank didn’t like the recommended one(bad reviews). The day of the sale went smoother because of him. FYI bring some cash for potential surprises. After the sale, he brought us to our home and also brought us to change the utilities. Excellent 5 star service!!!

Fernando did a great job in supporting me with all necessary information as well as visits to the lawyers office to complete the purchase of the house. He is very professional and courteous. He also went with me to the electric company to make changes there. In short, he was there for me from the beginning till the end and after. I value his support highly.

I got in touch with Yassine while I was looking to buy a Condo in Puerto Vallarta. He tirelessly worked to find a the right property and helped us to close the deal at a right price. He also gave the introductory tour of the town and picked us up from the airport. Overall we had very please t experience.

Fernando was fluent in English and very knowledgeable with the area (Nuevo Nayarit) and its properties. The whole visiting properties and final purchase offer was made remotely from Quebec. On arriving for the closing process Fernando accompanied us through the entire process and with all the utilities. Highly recommended.

For over twenty-five years, my husband and I have been going to Puerto Vallarta and dreaming of one day buying a place there…. and this year we actually did it! Though truthfully, we might not have done it if it wasn’t for Kasia. She was an absolute delight to work with! Her genuine warmth and adorable sense of humor made what could have been stressful and overwhelming, so much fun. It was like spending time with a trusted old friend…she gave us much-needed advice, but no pressure, no hard sell. She was always down to earth. She kept things light; it felt like we were on a little adventure together, discovering new parts of Puerto Vallarta.
She really ‘got us’…she listened to what we had to say and figured out what we might like. And once we decided to take the plunge, she was there for us, cheerfully anticipating every step and every detail. The whole process was fantastic, and we can’t thank her enough!
