Located at Lázaro Cárdenas 205, the property sits directly across from Parque Lázaro Cárdenas, known for its colorful mosaic artwork and lively neighborhood atmosphere.

From the property, guests can easily explore nearby restaurants, cafés, boutiques, galleries, nightlife, the waterfront, and some of Puerto Vallarta’s best-known beaches.

Walking to the Beach

From the building, walk west along Calle Lázaro Cárdenas toward the Pacific Ocean. Continue through Parque Lázaro Cárdenas toward the Malecón and waterfront to reach Olas Altas Beach.

To visit Los Muertos Beach and the iconic Los Muertos Pier, continue south along the waterfront.

The ocean is just a short and pleasant walk from the property.
