Mariana Castellanos

Heya! My name is Mariana Castellanos,  I am deeply rooted in Puerto Vallarta, arrived in 1990,  since then I have  created a network of friends and family.  Also lived a decade in London, England. The  international experience gave me a broader perspective, but it also reinforced where my heart truly belongs. The mountains, The Rivers, The Ocean and The Weather Called me back home. 🙂

I have dedicated myself to the tourism industry, gaining extensive experience across hotels, travel agencies, and yacht rentals. Through these roles, I cultivated a strong understanding of hospitality, client needs, and the unique charm that makes Puerto Vallarta such a sought-after destination.

As the city began to grow rapidly, I recognized an opportunity to contribute in a more impactful way. Transitioning into the Real Estate industry.  I have combined my local knowledge, industry expertise, and passion for helping others to guide clients toward meaningful investments. For me, real estate is not just about transactions—it’s about transformation.
