Gonzalo was a dream to work with. He really took time to understand our budget, goals, and dreams and pivoted every time we had new ideas or our plans changed. We began looking at homes and he found some gems that were in our price range, and we ended up closing on a great land deal He had our best interest in mind, helped us understand all of the process of purchasing internationally. The best part is that Gonzalo was knowledgeable and supportive as us as buyers and we really felt he was 100% on our team. He is fluent in English and Spanish and made explaining all of the complexities really easy and understandable as first time buyers for both of us, as I am from US and my partner from is from Mexico. Gonzalo managed our expectations, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. He celebrate us at our closing, and just went above and beyond to make us feel like family! I would recommend that anyone looking to buy or sell in the Bahia you choose to work with Gonzalo! This was truly a fantastic experience!

He handled everything with professionalism, patience, and kindness — all while keeping his sense of humor intact (which we needed!).

Gonzalo was everything you could ask for in a realtor. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to answer any questions in a timely manner, and did not hesitate to help us whenever he could, going above and beyond what would be expected of a realtor.
