To me, real estate has never been only about properties, it’s about people, life transitions, and helping others find a place where they truly feel at home.

Over 13 years ago, I made Bahía de Banderas my home, and since then I’ve developed a deep connection with the lifestyle, communities, and opportunities that make this region so special. My experience in real estate began in 2016 in property management and vacation rentals, where I gained valuable insight into hospitality, investment properties, and the coastal lifestyle that continues to attract both national and international buyers to Riviera Nayarit.

In 2018, I transitioned into residential sales, working alongside a top-producing agent and becoming deeply involved in every stage of the transaction process, including pre-construction opportunities, resale properties, negotiations, contracts, transaction coordination, and client representation. That hands-on experience allowed me to develop a strong understanding of both the operational and strategic sides of real estate.

Over the years, I’ve worked closely through every aspect of the buying and selling process, from market analysis and negotiations to due diligence and successful closings. This experience has given me the ability to help clients navigate important decisions with clarity, confidence, and a well-rounded perspective on both lifestyle and investment value.

I specialize primarily in Bucerías and the North Shore communities of Bahía de Banderas, including La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Sayulita, and surrounding areas. I enjoy helping clients identify opportunities with long-term potential, understand the true value behind each property, and make informed decisions that align with both their personal goals and financial vision.

One of the things my clients value most is my calm and approachable way of working. My goal is for every client to feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely supported throughout the entire process. I believe a great real estate experience should feel both personal and professional, guided by trust, clarity, and thoughtful advice every step of the way.
