I cannot say enough good things about Peter Stringfellow. I reached out to Peter a couple of months before we came down to San Pancho on the recommendation of friends. We knew we wanted to make our retirement dreams a reality by purchasing a property in Sayulita or San Pancho. He sent links to properties and we discussed the likes and dislikes. A couple days before we flew down, Peter had made arrangements to see several properties so we hit the ground running.

He found a property that checked all of our boxes and we made an offer on a property in San Pancho in February 2020. As a result of Covid, our closing was delayed many many many months, but Peter kept me apprised of all the new developments along the way. Peter even got on a couple zoom calls!

Sale of Hacienda San Pancho Condo

I know this was a tough one for Gabriel. I had only owned this property a short time, but the heat and humidity of San Pancho made year round living too difficult for me. Gabe determined the Fair Market Value of the property and was able to find a buyer that agreed within just a few months. Bravo!!

Stuck with us for the long haul

Peter was an exceptional agent for us.
It took us a long time to find what we were looking for, and could afford AND we live in California so could not be there all the time to look.
We bought our land site unseen by us, bc Peter walked the grounds and took multiple videos showing us the whole area. And he knew us well so could way he knew it was a good fit for us…which it was!
He also partnered us with a contractor to begin construction which was hugely helpful.
All in all, a great experience and we would highly recommend Peter to anyone looking for property, especially as foreigners.
