Sayulita not only responded quickly to all of our questions, she proactively guided us with answers to questions we didn’t even know to ask. When she didn’t know the answer off hand, she did the research and quickly got back to us with an accurate answer. At every stage she told us what was coming next, what documents and information we would need, and why the process works the way it does here. The only thing that was a surprise was how few surprises there were.\r\n\r\nShe is also just easy to work with. Sayulita & assistant Annette were so supportive in selling my property (Which was a bit unusual an Airbnb of five Casitas-1 br/bath, which turned out to have Paperwork Issues) ) that created a lot of stress. But Sayulita has a very calming grounded presence, steady positive throughout all the up’s & down’s. She is intelligent, organized, attentive to all the details, knowledgeable, a. consummate professional -I was amazed at how she kept all the balls in the air. She was quick to respond to all my questions/concerns, She was both kind and honest in communicating what to expect, compassionate and also clear when there were delays, but in the end, my sale was completed in a Remarkably quick period of time, she was so positive throughout the process. I highly recommend her to anyone.
