Tessa recientemente completó su curso de certificación AMPI en Puerto Vallarta y se unió al equipo de MexHome. Actualmente está construyendo una base sólida de clientes en esta comunidad a través de su profesionalismo, atención al detalle y compromiso para siempre poner las necesidades de su cliente primero. Originaria de Brandon, Manitoba, Canadá, Tessa se mudó a Sayulita hace 13 años y abrió y dirigió varios negocios exitosos, un restaurante llamado La Rustica, la boutique de ropa La Chula y tres unidades de alquiler.
Activa en la comunidad, Tessa Stobbe es una orgullosa fundadora del parque infantil local «Sayuparke», crear espacios comunitarios seguros para los niños es solo una de sus muchas pasiones.

Persistent and Patient
Tessa stayed on top of our listing even though it took a year to sell. Kept showing it and made every effort for me. Finally a client came through her network that the property worked great for. She is very persistent.
First realtor to take us seriously.
We talked with a few agents who couldn’t be bothered to actually show us anything. I guess my strategy of looking more like a homeless person than a millionaire worked.
After we explained our situation to Tessa she showed a few places we could buy right away. We settled on one and started negotiations.
The deal was complicated because the place was occupied by renters with a lease that had months to go and the building was not yet completed.
Tessa guided us through the process to a successful conclusion.
Escalones al Cielo
Tessa had the listing of our property at 104 Nanzal. We realized it would be a difficult sell because of the stairs that went uphill to the main casa. Through Mex Homes we found a suitable buyer and Tessa negotiated a fair price for both parties. We are thankful we had her as our agent.
