I recently purchased a bar in Zona Romantica, and Rodrigo was extremely helpful throughout the process. His professionalism, knowledge, and quick responses made the process much easier and stress-free.

Buying a home can be a complicated and difficult process, but Rodrigo made it surprisingly easy, even though we had never met and weren’t even in the same country. We appreciated his deep knowledge regarding the neighborhoods and their personalities. His descriptions and details helped us identify the right neighborhood for us. Since we couldn’t be there to see houses in person, we had to totally trust him—and he didn’t let us down once.

He gave us realistic expectations, was super quick to respond to our many questions, and just a really fun guy to work with. He’s truly «full service” and even picked us up from the airport when we arrived in Puerto Vallarta to sign the official papers, pick up our keys, and meet our new home.

Like Britney, we did it again. With the help of Rodrigo, we recently closed escrow on our second home in Puerto Vallarta – this time at Signature. For the last few months, we were just toying with the idea of a second home in Puerto Vallarta, and Rodrigo, ever patient, showed us many possibilities. Then one day, he took us to Signature, and we fell in love with it and the unobstructed ocean views. He answered the 348 questions we had (usually late at night), helped us find comps, arranged for multiple showings, and then he expertly prepared an offer which was accepted without condition. Escrow was very short, and now, nearly two years to the day that Rodrigo helped us buy our first home in Puerto Vallarta, we now have a second. Yes, we are already planning number three!

Rodrigo was calm and easygoing throughout the entire process, from the first time we discussed my desires up until the day he handed over the keys. There were a few hiccups during escrow, however, Rodrigo was always relaxed and always reassuring that the process was moving along as expected. He found a notary and an attorney for me, and everyone on his team was just as professional as Rodrigo. Now that I am settling in my new home, I think I want to do it again!
