I made an inquiry about a house via email and received a timely response that fully answered my questions. We are from the USA and were looking to purchase a vacation condo in Puerto Vallarta. We found the realtor Mikele online. Initially, I was concerned that he might not have the requisite experience, necessary to be a great realtor, for he is a youthful 30 year old. I didn’t voice this concern with him, but within our first day of seeing properties, I knew we had selected the right guy. He is knowledgable about the ins and outs of real estate. He grew up in Puerto Vallarta, so he knows the city exceptionally well. And he seems to know everyone in town, which continually has come in handy for us. When we have had a question, he usually knows the answer, but in the rate case where he does not, he knows who to contact, such as recommending an attorney. He has also been very organized, remembering to follow up on to-do items, and keeping in touch with us and the developer (we decided to purchase a pre-construction property). Odds are good that we’ll keep in touch with him once we have closed on our new home!
