My husband and I were recently shown several properties during our January 2025 trip to the Puerto Vallarta area by Mexhome agent Khaya Schmidt. Khaya is a very personable, and diligent real estate professional. Through Khaya’s representation, we signed an agreement for the purchase of a pre-sale apartment unit in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. Khaya assisted us through every step of the purchase negotiation as well as the international payment process. We cannot be more pleased with Khaya’s representation and will be referring him to friends and colleague’s interested in property purchases in the Puerto Vallarta area.

I personally want to thank Khaya Schmid for helping me find my perfect retirement home. He was able to find a place that ticked all of my boxes on my wish list! But the really important part is that he was able to complete the deal from long distance when the deal started to hit a snag. I appreciate Khaya’s commitment.
