Purchase of Casa Anabelle, Sayulita, Mexico. We first met Kerry Moeller during a trip to Sayulita in July 2024. We were looking to purchase a second home and knew immediately we had found the right agent to assist us. Having lived in Sayulita for over 20 years, Kerry’s knowledge of

We met Kerry for lunch soon after moving to Sayulita, MX in December of 2021. Within days she was picking us up to go look at a house. And she did this for 2 years. My wife and I were sure that Kerry was going to lose faith in us as buyers, but she did not. She listened and gave input when asked, and she was patient. But it all paid off as Kerry found our forever house and we couldn’t be happier.
Kerry is well connected in the Sayulita community and performed her role as our agent with both professionalism and a personal touch.

Kerry Moeller is an exceptional realtor. First of all, she knows the area intimately, having married a local and raised a daughter in this area. She’s been down here twenty years, and she not only knows the market, she knows the area and the people, and has fostered good relationships with the other realtors as well.
