While recently vacationing in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle we happened upon a property that piqued our interest. We hadn’t been looking to purchase, but this house was unique. I sent a general inquiry email for a little more information and received a response almost immediately from Gabriel Jones.

We flew to Sayulita for a 2-day house seeing extravaganza and Gabriel made the entire process a breeze from the moment he picked us up. You would expect being a first-time home buyer, combined with buying in a foreign country to feel overwhelming – but it never did with Gabriel’s exceptional support. He went above and beyond to show us local spots, talk us through the process of moving to Mexico, and really paid attention to what we wanted. Gabriel understood what we were looking for before we even walked into the first house. He was honest about the homes we viewed and pointed out essential details we wouldn’t have ever thought of, not being from the area. Gabriel ended up finding our new home in San Pancho for us while we were back in CA, but he had already instilled enough trust in us to sign with only a video walkthrough and his expertise. Gabriel continues to be supportive after closing, and we are incredibly grateful to have an amazing friend nearby.
