We had been working with Curtis Brownlee for over a year to find a condo in Bucerius. As Canadians we found the process and language barrier challenging, but Curtis simplified everything for us. He was alway clear, concise and fast at responding to our questions. He helped us both during and post sale with connections to various services and vendors along the way. Curtis is in a league of his own to put it in simple terms. The stars were aligned when my daughter and I visited Bucerias to look at properties. From my initial conversation with Curtis I immediately felt at ease to traverse the unknown into purchasing a property in Mexico. Every step of the way Curtis provided his exceptional knowledge in addressing all of my questions and concerns, and there were many; sorry Curtis. Beyond just finding us the perfect home, Curtis arranged everything required from the legal proceedings to setting up the utilities. I certainly can’t leave out his outstanding restaurant recommendations. Unfortunately, I’m probably leaving something out but I hope you get the picture. From the bottom of our hearts, we can’t thank you enough Curtis.
