We set out to purchase our house near Puerto Vallarta in the fall of 2018. Peter was very responsive and knowledgeable from the beginning. He picked us up at our hotel and we looked at homes from PVR all the way up the coast to LA Penita. He helped us put together the offers and when the deal fell through he was there on our second trip down when we shopped again. He knows the culture and the areas well. He also has the experience of having moved from the states and immersed himself in Mexico. I can’t give him a high enough recommendation!

My husband and I started looking for a house to purchase in Puerto Vallarta last fall. I asked a question on the website for MexHome about a house that we were interested in and Peter answered back. Two other houses didn’t work after many emails and text messages. After almost two months we were finally able to able to make an offer on a house that was accepted.

My husband went down to Puerto Vallarta in November to do a walk through of the house. Peter picked him up at the airport, took him to the house, answered any questions that Dan had and took him to the hotel. He also took him to the back to the airport when he left a couple of days later.

We both had to go to Puerto Vallarta in January to sign the final papers. Again Peter picked us up and took us to our hotel. The next day he picked us up and took us to the office to sign the final papers. After we were done he took us to the house so I could see it and then he took us to Costco so I could check it out.

Peter really went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. He is much more than a real estate agent to us.

I really enjoyed working with Peter he is professional and is genuinely interested in your life and what you and your family needs are in a property. I was in Mexico for only a week and my husband was not able to join me in the property search. Peter set up all the viewings I had requested prior to leaving Canada and offered more that I might be interested in as well. We ended up buying a property that Peter suggested we look at. He informed me of the process and timeframe for completing any transactions from Canada and responded to many emails with questions for a number of months until everything had been completed. Fernando helped us find a condo in La Cruz and pointed us to a capable attorney where our closing was well coordinated and simple. He provided honest feedback on properties he felt are good and ones that might have problems. He has an excellent grasp of English and Spanish which helped us a lot. If we ever decide to buy another place in Mexico, we will definitely include Fernando in the transaction.

When buying real estate in Mexico you need to have someone you can trust, who will look out for your best interests. Peter is wonderful from the moment my husband and I met with him it was a relaxed experience in purchasing our condo. Guadalupe was and he is so professional, that he kept me informed on the advances, and what was needed to be done in order to move ( sell) quickly the house. the time frame for me was some spectacular, within 65 he sold the house ….in the Price expected by my end.
