Tessa Stobbe is passionate about helping her clients find their piece of paradise whether big or small.
Tessa is an AMPI certified real estate professional and an integral part of the MexHome team.. She is always building on her solid foundation of clients in the community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always putting her client’s needs first. She speaks fluent English and Spanish, which helps her move smoothly through all legalities and transactions.
Originally from Brandon, Manitoba, Canada, Tessa relocated to Sayulita back in 2007 and has opened and operated various successful businesses, a restaurant called La Rustica, La Chula clothing boutique and three rental units.
Active in the community, Tessa Stobbe is a proud founder of a local children’s park “Sayuparke”

In her free time, Tessa is an avid surfer and sports player. Spending time at the local beaches together with her friends and family is never something Tessa takes for granted.

Persistent and Patient
Tessa stayed on top of our listing even though it took a year to sell. Kept showing it and made every effort for me. Finally a client came through her network that the property worked great for. She is very persistent.
First realtor to take us seriously.
We talked with a few agents who couldn’t be bothered to actually show us anything. I guess my strategy of looking more like a homeless person than a millionaire worked.
After we explained our situation to Tessa she showed a few places we could buy right away. We settled on one and started negotiations.
The deal was complicated because the place was occupied by renters with a lease that had months to go and the building was not yet completed.
Tessa guided us through the process to a successful conclusion.
Escalones al Cielo
Tessa had the listing of our property at 104 Nanzal. We realized it would be a difficult sell because of the stairs that went uphill to the main casa. Through Mex Homes we found a suitable buyer and Tessa negotiated a fair price for both parties. We are thankful we had her as our agent.
