About Me
After a lifetime in Southern California as a DREAMER, I decided to return to Mexico well over a decade ago and create my new home in paradise. I was drawn by the charm of Sayulita’s beach, vibrant community, and the opportunity to thrive professionally. My name is Edgar Paez, Broker Associate with MexHome Real Estate, overseeing offices in Sayulita and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, I will be happy to help make your next real estate transaction in Mexico a success!
With nearly 10 years of experience in Mexico’s real estate market and being fully bilingual in English and Spanish, I expertly guide clients through cross-border real estate transactions every day. Before joining MexHome to become a licensed real estate agent, my background as a real estate sales coordinator provided me with invaluable insights and allowed me to learn directly from industry experts. Currently, I’m pursuing a law degree to become a Real Estate Lawyer in Mexico, which will enable me to offer even more comprehensive support to my clients in the near future.
