Ventana del Mar
The residential area of Amapas (Puerto Vallarta) just got more accessible with the Ventana del Mar Residences and Spa project. Located right off the highway to Mismaloya just a few minutes south of Vallarta’s South Side, the view itself would make the sale. But the building offers an equally attractive design of Condominiums, each one encompassing the entire level starting at 421.15 sq. mts. Construction was completed in November 2008.
The building has its own security parking system, with one deeded space per occupant as well as five guest parking spaces. A video monitoring system will guarantee safety and security, as well as easy access to the highway in front. The private terrace features a Jacuzzi just outside the master suite, while a private dining area is accessed either from the central terrace or the kitchen. Two bedrooms at the rear of the apartment will be connected beyond the atrium by a covered terrace. Public areas on the reception level will offer a year round swimming pool, sauna and gym, while the rooftop contains a Jacuzzi with a seating area for entertaining.
Many families live in Ventana Del Mar full time residents, and many just use them for their family vacation destination.
