The first floor of the penthouses will offer partial ocean views from the living rooms. A separate kitchen & dining area with a bathroom off the kitchen for easy access are also on the first floor.  Two bedrooms and two additional baths covered with a huge palapa roof grace the second floor of the penthouse units.
