This large, luxurious, 3,500 square foot beachfront condo with a 180 degree view of the beautiful, rugged, North Coast of the Bay of Bandaras and the Marrieta’s Islands, which you can enjoy from our 65′ x 12′ balcony. The only thing that separates our condo from the white sand swimming beach is the 30+ yard swimming pool and jacuzzi.

There are only 12 units in our building so we have a lot of quiet and privacy. There are 24 hour security guards and locked gates, so this is a very safe area.
