The «palatial» open living downstairs has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, air-conditioned dining area, and an inviting living area with comfy, large sectional sofa, and entertainment center.

The naturally lit living area, with two large French doors and windows all around, opens up to a wrap-around covered terrace overlooking the pool area and ocean. Step down to a 12×24′ heated salt water pool, a garden area with beautiful bougainvillea and palms, lower terrace with a custom palapa for shade and sunset viewing and many lounging and seating areas. It is convivial outdoor space for entertaining a large group of friends with a custom gas grill in the outdoor kitchen; all surrounded by a privacy wall.

Additionally, the detached CASITA can stand alone as a separate unit, having a large king bedroom with private bath, kitchen, dining/living area, and terrace. There are mesmerizing ocean views from every room. For extra privacy, the air-conditioned casita has its own entrance from the outside as well as the pool area.

The recently renovated gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of storage space, new stone counters and large, stainless steel sink and custom-made pull out shelves in all the lower cabinets. It is perfect for people who love to cook and enjoy a well-stocked kitchen with Mexican flair. The large eating bar works well for a catered buffet-style meal. There are multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas to choose from, depending on the number of guest, time of day, etc.

Dreamy hammocks on the terrace and umbrella shaded lounge chairs make for lovely afternoons poolside. The pool is kept at a comfortable 80 degrees year-round.

Parking for two cars is available at the top of the driveway with access to the main entry through a secured iron gate. The tall stone wall provides a great feeling of security and privacy.

The beach is easily accessed down the cobblestone driveway, or the staircases inside the walled property.
