The house has 4 levels, starting at the main entrance, a full kitchen, living room and bathroom. Second level is the private saltwater pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean with lounge/barbecue/hammock area. The 3 main bedrooms are also on the second level, with each bedroom containing mini split AC units.
