Casa La Mexicana started out as a small Mexican casita and was tastefully remodeled to include a total of 5 individual studio apartments, each spacious unit is complete with a full kitchen, bath and private terrace. Every unit features colorful decorative tiles.

Each Studio at Casa Mexicana feels bright and open with plenty of natural light and fresh breeze. The front facing open design of the upper floors allows for great jungle and town views right from the private terrace of each unit.

A pool can easily be put in on the second level in place of the open patio that already has a half bath in place. A gated two car garage sits at the base of the property and comes complete with golf cart charging hookups. This property is not wheelchair accessible, must climb stairs to access unit
