Condo Rick is a beachfront 7th floor condo in the Condomar Vallarta Tower at the Sunscape Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa with spectacular views of the bay. Located just minutes from the airport and walking distance to shops, restaurants and cinema at La Isla Mall. The building has elevator, administration on site, security, front desk. For access to Hotel amenities (pool, chair lounges, beach access, beach towels), there is a Resort Fee in the amount of $22 US per day that covers 4 adults & 2 kids, or $1,320 US every 2 months or yearly the amount of $4,015 US. HOA fees does not cover the Resort Fee. You and your guests also have the option to purchase all-inclusive meal plans. HOA fees include electricity, cable, water, building insurance & maintenance, parking, and 24/7 security.
